THERMODEF HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Thermodef is a PLC-managed heat treatment system. It is used for heat treatment application to containers. Designed to Australian Government Department of Agriculture - Heat Treatment Methodology. Prepares the appropriate "Certificate" and "Record". It provides one-stop control. Eliminates the human error factor.

Thermodef warns of results that do not comply with the methodology. It does not receive records unless appropriate conditions are met. Determines the time according to the temperature to be applied.

Application is completed between 1-2.5 hours according to air temperature and load condition. Methyl bromide (MB) and sulfuryl fluoride (SF) applications compared to 12-24 hours of application time gives faster results. It'll speed up your work.

Thermodef ensures safety of personnel and environment as there is no use of toxic gas. It is environmentally friendly.

The optional offer module allows your customers to receive offers, convert them to orders and view/download certificates in PDF format. Certificates can be digitally signed. Can do billing. It uses communication methods such as email, SMS, etc.

2023-2024 season brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) measures

www.agriculture.gov.au Logo

The Australian and New Zealand states have announced the measures to be implemented in 2023-2024 in order to halt or slow down the arrival of this insect in their countries due to the rapid spread of the BMSB in Europe and North America. In this context, certain product groups to be shipped to Australia and New Zealand from countries considered as risky will be subject to certain procedures as pre-shipment quarantine measures.

These processes are heat treatment, sulfur fluoride and methylbromide fumigation.

Loads to enter Australia and New Zealand from 1 September 2023 to 31 May 2024 must be treated by any of these procedures. If the products from high risk or risky product group become part of these loads, the BMSB measure applies.

More detailed information about the subject is listed below.

The countries listed below are included in the target risk category. If any high-risk or risky product from these countries is shipped to Australia, BMSB measures will be applied. Shipments made in transit from the target risky country are also included in this scope.
